Program Management
Program Management plays a critical role in the successful execution and delivery of complex projects. Our responsibilities begin from the early design stage to ensure our clients have the right team for their project needs. Through this proactive process, we work directly with the design team and client to ensure proper constructability as well as providing project cost analysis throughout the design phase. This is the first and most crucial phase in project planning to manage risks from the start of the project to finish.
RFP / RFQ Creation and Management
Create formal RFP and RFQ documents through owner collaboration. Meticulous selection of the right design team to meet our client's needs and expectations. Conduct face-to-face interviews with the design teams and make recommendations to the client for final selection.
Constructability Review
Coactively work with the selected design team to ensure the design documents align with project execution methods.
Project Cost
Analysis
Provide cost analysis and value engineering throughout the design process to ensure the project design aligns with the client's budget.
Program Controls
Given the multi-faceted nature of construction, integration and efficiency is priority one. We work closely with the vendors and contractors to provide seamless integration from the bidding process to contract execution through project completion. Through this process, we can eliminate the potential for added construction costs and project delays while constantly monitoring progress and potential cost savings. Development of the project schedule utilizing the Critical Path Method (CPM) through the design phase. We are proficient in the most up-to-date scheduling programs as well as capitalizing on years of professional experience to develop the most efficient project schedule.
Earned Value
Management
In-depth review and descope of contractors and vendors to ensure accurate and responsible project cost. Monitoring and updating the project CPM schedule to monitor cost and schedule performance through out the project.

Oversee, manage and coordinate the on-site day-to-day operations of the construction project to provide direction, cost control, and risk mitigation.
